Can Di Di Twins seem non identical when born and turned out identical when lower weight twin catches up with the other?

Just curious! I dont mind if they are different or identical, but Twin A was born with 1900g and Twin B with 2300 and they both were clearly different, now they are 3000 and 3200 each and somehow it seems they are looking more alike, not that much tho, but definitely more alike, so I was wondering if that could happen?
