Help choosing a Uni with regards to Cost of Living

For reference: I am a cheap bastard who is wanting to study Finance in the UK but am very conscious about the absurd CoL in places like London.

Where in the UK is relatively inexpensive, with ‘good’ universities? (By good, I mean “University of-“ or notable reputation.

. I do Not care about the “night life” . I do Not care about the quality of accommodation so long as it’s cheap

-so long as I can run, and train by myself I’m happy

I’m currently in the Y13, and must have sent my application(s) by Christmas.
