Please help

i’m just turned 17, so did my friend. My friend got into an accident in my car, he hit the back bumper of a car but there was a very tiny small scuff to 0 damage. the lady pulls off to the side and my friend and me get out the car, she takes a picture of my friend that she showed the police, i see that there is no damage so i get into the drivers seat and i tell her i’m driving away, mind you i also did this because i had a bottle of alcohol THC carts and 2 other people in the car other than me and my friend, it was also halloween night and cops were probably very near that area. i didn’t know that i wasn’t supposed to drive away from an accident even if there is no damage. i think the place where this happened has no cameras so I’m sure its her word against mine. the cops come to my house to get my statement and i didn’t tell the truth that’s where I’m worried. i told them i was only in my car with my friend and my brother, i told them that i was driving and that the lady backed up into me and said we hit her car, i told them that we pulled over to the side, my brother got into the drivers seat and drove away after seeing that there is no damage. that’s how my brother got dragged into it. they said he’s getting tickets and his license could possibly be delayed, they said i’m going to court for fleeing an accident and driving without a license.
