AITA for using a sound recording of my ex climaxing in my music?

NSFW

This is a tough one for me(29m). My ex-gf(28f) had this idea when we were together to record us having sex(audio only), and to use the audio in a song I was making. It was her idea, she thought it was hot(so did i TBH). So to cover myself legally in the future, I made up a document giving me consent to use the audio for eternity, royalty free lol, and she dated it and signed it. I know that sounds messed up, but anyone who uses samples, somebody's voice, or somebody else's work knows that you have to be careful of the sounds you use if you intend on selling your work. We've been broken up for about 4 months. Recently she contacted me and said "oh, btw do not use that audio, delete it". I haven't released it, I could easily say, okay and move on. However, I feel legally, I have the green light to incorporate it. The artist in me says "Use it, she'll probably never even know, you worked hard on this, and it's equally a part of my life, history, means something to me, and makes the song 100x better". The moral person in me says "delete it, you're an actual POS if you use it by not respecting her wishes". Other pieces of info, i broke up with her, it wasnt a whole blow out. she didnt like being around children and I couldnt tolerate it any longer, considering I have a lot of kids in my family. I'm not a famous or well known artist by any means and don't make my living this way, it's a hobby for me. the album is comedy, not to be taken seriously. the sounds recorded are super hot(she was definitely performing) and are used in an elegant context, that you may not even notice if you weren't looking for it. The song is of the "pop" genre, about being addicted to my phone(Again, comedy). I've asked my friends and they say I'm definitely TA if I use it, but that shouldn't stop me. So, AITA?
