Question, microsoft sql server 19.1

I just started learning SQL for an upcoming exam and I was wondering how I can make it that there will only appears 'achternaam' with an A as the second letter but no A anywhere else in the name.

SELECT achternaam

FROM kgg_klanten

WHERE achternaam
