Buying 9th gen with 110k miles

Hello, I’m looking to buy a 2013 SI soon it has 110k miles. I wanted to find one with lower mileage but I haven’t been able to.

What specific powertrain issues should I be on the lookout for?

Also are there specific maintenance items that should be done around or near this mileage?

I will get the car looked at by a mechanic but how can I give myself the most piece of mind for this car to last me another 100k miles at least?
