Advise on how to invest and retire early.

I have a 45 lakh capital and i am 30 years old. I want to retire by 47/48. My plan is to put the capital in a small cap fund and wait for 15 years. I can afford to do that and live a decent life and i know the risks involved. Am i missing anything? Any other suggestions?
