UVic personal statement part B

For anyone applying to UVictoria, how are you formatting part B of the ps? I know they say to mark down in point form anything else you want to be considered.. I am just not sure if I should elaborate on each point? and if so how much? Is it like my CV but in bullet point form?

Thank you so much
