Are new dubs still being made for shows that already ended?

I love watching shows in my native language Finnish but I've noticed it's pretty hit or miss. Sometimes there's a Finnish dub, sometimes not, and it doesn't seem to have anything to do with popularity. I noticed that they recently added a Finnish dub for Ducktales 2017, even though the show ended in 2021 and it's not very popular. For years I've been hoping for a Finnish dub of Star vs the Forces of Evil, which is my favorite show, I just don't think it'll ever happen because it ended in 2019. Does anyone have info on the policies on this? How is it decided what languages a show will be dubbed in? Is Disney still working on adding the "missing" languages to existing shows or is it just not something they care about?
