Chest aches, fogginess, up and down resting heart rate. All vitals and blood work normal.
Hey there!
I am a 27 year old male, no underlying health problems/history, drink maximum once a week, do not smoke.
A few weeks ago I started experiencing some waves of fogginess, I wouldn’t call it dizziness but more so just being really out of it accompanied by some shortness of breath. These symptoms would come in waves usually at night and didn’t seem like anything to be worried about. Now I am experiencing waves of some chest discomfort (not pain, more so an ache), up and down resting heart rate ranging from 70s-120s, and fogginess all at once and in waves throughout each day. I stopped drinking any caffeine and also stopped working only focusing on resting the last few days.
I went to get blood tested and everything is within normal range. I am doing EKG’s and blood pressure tests and those are in normal range too.
We thought it was thyroid related but that would have shown on the blood test and we also are thinking it could be symptoms of long covid because I did have covid over a month ago but fully recovered from it.
Does anyone have any insight or advice?
