piercing fell out idk what to do 😔

hi so unfortunately last night i was too drunk and my vertical labret jewelry fell out 😔 i couldn’t find it and so i decided to wait until i was awake and sober in the morning to figure it out. only i tried putting a different jewelry in (same gauge) and it wont even go in. i’m so confused how it closed so quickly because it was less than 12 hours and i’ve had this piercing for almost 8 months now. anyways, i was looking for advice on if i should just try to push it thru anyways (it kinda hurts but i feel like i can do it), or if i should get it repierced, and when i can do that. my holes are still there but idk if i have to wait until it heals completely to repierce it
