Foods to make for lunch at work for all my coworkers to share?

Hello, everyone!

Every week, my team and I share lunch on Friday. We normally order in from nearby restaurants, but the options are always limited for keto, which about half of my office follows. I suggested that we instead make meals and take them in to share so we can all have more control of our diets. This will be our first week doing this and since it was my idea, I will be starting us off. What are some recipes that I could make to share around with everyone in my office for lunch? At work, I have access to microwaves and toaster ovens, but that's as sophisticated as the on-site equipment gets.
