After several e-mails and calls to ATF and our congresswoman (this is probably another story for next topic). I finally received e-mail where ATF agent except that they messed up. It didn’t really help me, because I still need re-submit in paper my form, but at least I feel morally better with this small win. Not sure if they give me this answer after I call to our congresswoman (because I try to reach someone from her office almost 3 weeks and looks like their system fucked up too) or they finally read whole my e-mails and not just a first sentence. Here’s a e-mail text:

I have reviewed the events that transpired, and I see that your original form was in fact disapproved in error. You did provide your AR # and there is no exception document required for permanent residents. For this I apologize.

Unfortunately, though, I must ask you to submit a new application, which I will accelerate the processing of and if you are now a naturalized United States citizen, please answer the citizenship questions and indicate that you are a US citizen, no AR# needed.

Please make sure you mail your application before 11/29/23 before the 60-day deadline expires to retain your tax forbearance. The ability to submit the form again via the EForms system as the EForms system has been closed to any new submissions under the final rule, therefore we must ask that you submit the form via paper. I have attached the paper form to this email. Please complete it, sign, and date it in ink and mail it to my attention.
