Hi to everyone. I decided to get a nose job at the age of 20, so last year. I had a crooked and hooked nose. I'm def happy with the result.

*Choosing the right surgeon*

That is actually the hardest and the most important part. Please be careful, the number of followers doesn't say much about the doctor or their work. Read some reviews and look on reddit to find some complaints about them. Also, choose an ENT specialist, who just focuses on noses and not any other surgeries like bbl, breast implants etc.

*Price*

I was lucky 'cause I had to pay only 1650 Euros, which is pretty cheap. I stayed at Memorial Bahcelievler, a private hospital in Istanbul. I don't want to influence anyone but as I know getting a nose job in US is very expensive, Turkey can be a great option in this case. I got my rhinoplasty in Istanbul, Turkey. Nowadays the prices there are 4000 Euros on average.

*First appointment with the doctor*

The doctor will check your nose first and tell which result is possible to achieve. Then the skin type is also important, noses with a thick skin take longer to heal (can take up to 2 years). So don't wonder, my nose looked huge/very swollen in the first month. He took a few pictures of my nose and photoshopped the after result, it took less than 2 minutes. Please mention what "type" nose you want. I just told him I don't wanna have a raised/high nose tip.

*Surgery day*

Your doctor will tell you everything you shouldn't "do" before your surgery, like drinking or eating hours ago or painting your nails. He will hand you a list (mine did). Before the surgery my doctor visited me in my patient room and asked how I'm feeling. Idk if everyone is like that lmao. I already got an injection in my room when we were about to "go" to the operating theater. The nurse told me it's just for "calming down". However, my surgery took 2,5 hours.

*After surgery*

You have to stay one day in the hospital, you'll get some serum and your medication injected in your venes for the whole day. There must be one person who is willing to take care of you on this day. I mean the nurse will check every time when they're able to, to look if you're okay. My dad stayed with me xd

*Scars, healing..*

As above mentioned if you get your cast removed (mostly 2 weeks after the surgery), don't be shocked, it is not the end result of your nose. I was kinda upset lol, and I was like "bruh that's def not the nose I wanted" because it was swollen af. 16 months past since my surgery, and seriously I'm so happy that I went through it. I would do it again. I didn't have any pain, it depends on the person actually, but laughing loud really hurts a lot in the first 2 weeks, so stay away from memes. Getting scars after the rhinoplasty is pretty normal, they will also disappear but please use a scar cream, "contractubex" is the best one, buy it as soon as possible and use it for one month daily.
