Long trip advice (multiple cats!)

I am going on a 3 week trip to a different country. I currently have 5 cats in the home, 4 whom are mine and 1 who is a temporary (though he seems adjusted at this time).

My plan is to have a family member check in on them and feed them once a day, with people staying longer (a couple of hours a day) on the weekends. I also might keep the Tv on for noise and will be spreading the food and water dishes throughout the house. They’ll have mostly free roam of the house with the exception of one or two rooms.

What other steps can or should I take to make sure my babies are okay while I’m gone? What sort of behaviors or risks can I expect?
