How to find good professional networking events?

I’m working remotely at the moment and really eager to get out of the house and connect with other professionals. Ideally, I’d like to begin working locally sometime next year. I’m currently a tax accountant in PA, but considering leaving tax or maybe accounting altogether, so I’m interested in any general networking events. I’ve found a few through a Google search, but was wondering if there are any groups or communities specifically that I should know about?
