How to stop Momentum 4 auto-pausing second Bluetooth device's video when there is no audio?

I connected my Momentum 4 to my Windows 10 PC and my Samsung S23+, and I'm having a frustrating experience where the video I am playing on my PotPlayer 64 Bit on the PC is being auto-paused the moment I start listening to a Spotify song on my Samsung phone.

The thing is, the videos are all visuals and no audio. The audio in the PC video player is muted. I don't want the Momentum 4 to be pausing it but I still want to watch while listening to the phone's audio. Is there any way to avoid this while keeping both devices connected to Bluetooth?

I tried disabling both On-head Detection and Smart Pause in the Smart Control mobile app, but it didn't change this behavior, so I don't think they are relevant in this case.
