Switching Engineering Majors

Hi, I am a HS senior who recently applied to UIUC as an aerospace eng. major in the EA cycle. I'm still not 100% sure about my major choice and I'm thinking of switching into mechanical engineering once in college.

If anyone could let me know how easy it is to switch majors between AE and ME, that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
