Need advice for an apprenticeship

Hi,

I recently applied for an apprenticeship role at October 29th and their possible start date is tomorrow at 2nd of November. I'm not sure whether I should attend the address location because the training provider haven't email me any information whatsoever such as what time to arrive or what documents to bring.

What should I do?
