Mixed Recycling?

Hey folks,

I've been mixing cans and cardboard in my recycling boxes for the last ~7 years or so, but for some reason the last two fortnightly collections have missed our boxes. I've checked the Swindon Council website, and apparently we're supposed to separate them out - when did that come into effect?

I know there's the new arse-ache waste collection starting later in November, but did I miss an update to the rules or something?
