Be Quiet PSU + RTX 4060 Not Working

Hi all,

I have recently acquired an RTX 4060 VENTUS 2x from MSI. Along with this I bought a Be Quiet Pure Power 12M 650W PSU.

In short, after putting everything in its place, the GPU did not fire up, no spinning fans, nothing, while the CPU worked fine it seems.

I troubleshot by replacing the RTX 4060 with my old GTX 1060, and everything worked fine. When I did the reverse and replaced the PSU with my old Seasonic PSU (500W), the RTX 4060 worked fine as well.

Basically: Pure Power 12M + RTX 4060 DOESN'T WORK Pure Power 12M + GTX 1060 WORKS Seasonic PSU + RTX 4060 WORKS Seasonic PSU + GTX 1060 WORKS

Also, I already sent the Pure Power 12M back and got a replacement model for it. I have the same problem now with the replacement. I checked all the cables, I tried the other PCIe cable that came with the PSU, the PSU button is on, the RTX 4060 is in its slot. I also called with Be Quiet Customer Support and the man also had no idea what to do.

Anyone here had a similar problem or know a solution?
