Should I retry 6B entirely?

So when I was playing through Celeste, I got to 6B and essentially gave up. I activated assist mode and I went through the level without really trying. Since then, I've gotten much better at the game, and I've gone back and done the level legit. but, I still feel kinda guilty about it, so I'm thinking of deleting the progress (JUST ON 6B) and playing through it with actual stats, and I thought I'd leave it up to y'all to decide. I'm happy to go back and play the level, just thought I'd ask properly
