I cannot delete all of my storage in my account

Hello, I have this problem because my proton mail account suddenly have 99% storage capacity for no reason even I deleted all my email. I'm using the free plan because I don't have the money yet to buy the premium upgrade and I'm frustrated because I had to delete all my important emails and it didn't even fix the problem.
