Moved to the Netherlands

I'm moving from Italy to the Netherlands and wanted to charge my Predator Helios 300. The universal travel adapter destroys the battery imo so wanted to ask if it is possible to buy the plug-cable part ( the one that connects to the 3-holes) of the charger, without buying the whole charger. Thanks!
