Graduation Service Project

My school makes people do service projects to graduate, unfortunately I can't think of a project and we are supposed to have hand in a proposal by December. You have to make it yourself so it can't be volunteering at an already registered place like a shelter. One that was done last year by the seniors was they helped the maintenance and security employees get their high school diplomas. If anyone has any service project ideas they want to share I'd highly appreciate it!
