Can I change my recommenders after letters are submitted?

Hello, I have three teacher recommenders and they include my english teacher from sophomore year (whom i was close with), my calculus teacher from junior year, and my ap physics teacher from senior year (current year).

Most of the schools that i’m applying to only accept up to 2 letters (english teacher and calc teacher submitted first) so i was wondering if i can change my recommenders after the letters are submitted? i have known my ap physics teacher for a while due to a club that i was an active participant in, so i would rather have my ap physics teacher and english teacher submit the letters but is it too late now?
