How well does TrueNAS Scale work with multiple node types?

Completely redoing my homelab and thinking of going back to TrueNAS after more vanilla/traditional Ubuntu.

I wanted to use a Dell node that had the Xeon Integrated Graphics for Plex and some other use-cases, but then another type of node for pure storage.

• 1-3 nodes for more traditional hosting/compute
• 1-2 nodes for pure storage

Would I be able to config/tweak SCALE's k3s configs to only host certain workloads on certain node types? I know you can do that in vanilla K8s, but wanted to ensure SCALE can do it as well.
