Haslet: Watercress vs Sweetgrass

Anyone have any insight, bad or good, on Watercress and/or Sweetgrass in Haslet? The former is essentially in its final phase and have minimal lots left. The second is brand spanking new. Both have PIDs and taxes are identical as far as I know. HOA slightly cheaper in Sweetgrass. Other than that, does anyone have anything to add about the communities, the area, etc?
