Is it possible to stack AAA and Amex Platinum benefits when renting from Hertz?

I'm trying to rent a car for an upcoming trip and I seem to be running into some roadblocks when renting. I'd like to know if the following is possible:

1. Apply AAA to waive the under 25 age fee.
2. Apply Amex Platinum benefits for free additional driver.
3. Take advantage of any benefits of the President's Circle.
4. Apply Amex premium insurance as primary care insurance.

I've applied AAA to waive the under 25 age fee but it looks like it removed any benefits I got from Amex Platinum directly like waiving the additional driver free (possibly denying president's circle benefits too but I'm not sure how to check that).

I called both Amex and Hertz and they keep telling me to bounce to one another to get a straight answer. Any help is appreciated.
