I scored lower on my second LSAT, what do I do?

Application Process

Im sorry if this is asked a lot or the wrong place, but I legit do not know who to ask. I got a 165 in August, and then I fell into an intense cycle of chronic insomnia and migraines, which was added onto a long list of other medical problems & disabilities—I have been trying to manage but it has been unsuccessful thus far. I took the LSAT in October, and scored a 160. I am devastated. I knew I wasnt as sharp as before due to the lack of sleep and lose if study time (and effective studying) but I really want to go to law school and was determined not to let myself down, but now I am even more disappointed. I’m not going for big law and my gpa is extremely high, do I have any chances at a higher ranked school still? Do I cancel the October score or does that look worse? Do I attach an addendum if I do cancel or if I don’t cancel? Do I retake in January or take a gap year and retake in the summer?

I would be so thankful for any advice, I’m truly lost on what would be a good choice and I need help. Please be as honest as you feel is necessary, I wont be offended :(( Thank you.
