Anyone else feel like they either carry or lose in CS MM ?

It feels like if I dont personally do the work of multiple teammates I end up losing 9 times outta 10. Why cant the game ever make an actually balanced lobby where everyone is actually close in skill ? Dont give me none of that CS2 new game new MM its always sucked even in CSGO.

Its just draining all the fun out the game to constantly have to play with worse teammates. I dont blame them for their skill level its not their fault they're in this lobby with me. And I dont think im amazing either its quite the opposite and because of exactly that, when I have an off day or my shots just arent hitting theres no one to pick up any slack. Its either im on my A game getting 2-3 kills every round or we lose.
