MHA Is Great for Urban Fantasy

MHA is an amazing world for urban fantasy.

In most worlds with magic the world either knows about magic or they don’t. If they do then there’s no problem. There’s just a world with magic. If they don’t then there’s something important that needs to be explained. Why?

How does no one know about magic? In Harry Potter, wizards and witches use magic to keep them normal people from realizing magic exists. In Percy Jackson the mist, a supernatural force, keeps normal people from seeing things for what they are. No matter the type of magic, if it is hidden how needs to be explained.

MHA simply doesn’t need those. How is that man turning into a wolf? He has a wolf transformation quirk. Why does that girl have a bunch of fox tails? She has a fox quirk obviously. Literally everything odd can be explained by “It’s just a quirk.”
