Need some help for HP3101

God, this module really made me question my abilities to understand stats.

Anyways, I need help to clarify some concepts but Prof and TA aren't responding. I tried repeating the lecture videos, google, Chat to try to answer my questions but nothing shows up. If you're a HP3101 genius, please PM me (cries)
