Does anyone else find solar flares to be especially disruptive?

I know the moon affects me- and I try to be ritualistic about the new and full moons- but when ever I am having an especially off day or mentally unstable day- if I check the space weather it always seems like massive solar flares pop up on days that I am in a rough mental place. Class M1-4

Anyone else experience this or something similar?
