The toasted white chocolate mocha wasn’t listed as a Christmas drink for this year on the app. Is it still possible to make it or is something special needed?

This is my dad and I’s favorite Starbucks drink and this year it wasn’t listed as one of this years Christmas drinks. Is it still possible to be made or does it need something that would only be delivered to stores if it were on the menu? Thanks
