Bookmark Bar Tiny Text Problem

My bookmarks bar & all text within it (folders, bookmark titles, etc.) just became so tiny that it is literally a series of dots and unreadable.

This happened after a computer re-start because of a Windows-update, but nothing else besides Chrome appears to be affected.

Anyone have a fix? All of my bookmarks are currently unusable because of this.

Thanks.
