Would a clan bank system work in OSRS?

Not sure if it would even pass a poll, or if this is just a good idea but only in my own head. Would a clan bank system be an improvements and benefit to joining a clan?

An example could be where members could have a minimum/maximum withdrawal (daily/weekly) set by the clan leader, and any spare items/supplies or even bossing supplies for clan events could be placed there to allow everyone access to the content.

A more realistic example could be a lending system that's purely inter-clan only, where items can be deposited, with maximum durations set on the items before they are returned. This would cut down on clan members being scammed, and also open the doors to providing lower levelled/poorer players with gear they might not otherwise have, whether it be for events, or to start getting involved in more content.

Just a shower thought idea, I personally wasn't a fan of the direct lending system and feel it would need to stay within a clan only, to prevent item prices being negatively affected with people lending out things at the g.e every time their session was finished.

Clans generally have banks/clan wealth in other games and I wouldn't see as it being a completely outright bad idea.
