Best Flight School Memphis Area

I am 22 and have zero experience, but have been looking for the best flight school in memphis for the money. CTI is giving me weird vibes, but I put myself on the waitlist. I haven’t toured, just spoken over the phone. Is ATP only for people with experience? I need all the insight please!
