How much did you lose before surgery?

I'm curious how much weight you lost before surgery? Both in general and on your pre-op diet (I'm doing a 2-week liver shrinking diet). I started HW at 366, am currently at 321, and my surgeon is hoping I'll get to 316 before surgery (not a requirement, just an ideal). I start the 2-week diet on Sunday, so I'm hoping the last 5 come off easily with that, and maybe even a few more. That would be a total of 50 pounds lost before surgery. With having hormone, metabolism, and other issues, this is killing me, but I'm doing my best. Curious what others have experienced.
