Sex Therapy for couple F29 M30

Has anyone here done sex therapy with their partner? Myself (F29) and my boyfriend (M30)are looking at going to a therapist but I am terrified it will negativily impact our relationship.

Can people share some of their experiences with me? I would really appreciate it.

We have been together for 4 years and my boyfriend has expressed concern that he is bored of our sex life and is panicking as this is his longest relationship and we would like to talk to someone together to get some help and tips as it's a tough subject to wrap our heads around.
