Anybody have a cool accountant they like and would recommend?

I have a weird series of freelance jobs, and, additionally, started a small business a couple of years ago. I know my taxes and things are complicated. I will level with you. The accountant that I have used for the last several years terrifies me and makes me feel like a moron, which I probably am. Anybody have a recommendation for a friendly accountant who will make me feel less like an idiot and help me out with this stuff?
