USSR Su-11 worth it?

Since all the f2p and premium vehicles are 50% off, i don't know if it is still worth buying Su-11, because its BR is now 7.7, not 7.3 anymore. I'm thinking of buying it for griding my tier V jet fighters with a premium account.
