How did ICICIBank Twitter accessed my data?

Hi,

I reached out to ICICIBank Twitter handle regarding one of my Credit Card query. I did not provide them any details but they reached out to me on my phone no. and email address with details.

My question is how do they accessed my data? I did not provide them any details. The email address is care@icicibank.com and seems legit with my details. I usually use customer.care@icicibank.com
