Body pains?

Recently diagnosed and now been taking 50mg of levo for about 9 days, i’ve always had body aches and pains but never like this, last night was the worst. my wrist was hurting, then my whole arm started to hurt, a deep pain in my back (all of this is on my left side right side is perfectly fine) strange muscle twitches and pain in my leg, arm and hip. It was so intense i thought i might die but i got some sleep and i feel better today except for my wrist and hand which is still hurting. could this be from the levo or hypothyroidism?
