Replacement for my Parker Jotter

I've been using my Parker jotter for around 8 years and really like it. However it is now quite tired and worn, and I'm looking to replace. I like the pen, but don't think it writes super great, specifically when compared to another I have at home the 'bic cristal 1.6mm' which is just amazing and smooth to write with.

A couple of things to note: I'm looking for a pen with a nice aesthetic, as I use it in a professional workplace. Pen must have a very firm clip as I keep it in my shirt and I can't loose it when moving etc.

Is there anything that you think may fit what I'm looking for, before I buy another jotter?
