Skill bonuses

In my opinion the skill bonuses should only apply to kills made with ground vehicles in ground RB, it's kinda bs when you see who has the highest bonuses, and it's always just the CAS users with the 10 kills from dropping their giant bomb.
It seems to incentivize the usage of CAS even more, since you can just drop the bomb in an area with a few people and boom, giant bonus!
