Wifi settings and wireless connectivity options gone!

I turned off and moved my pc today, and when I booted it back up, the wifi option was completely gone from my Win11 settings app. I’ve run it off of ethernet for about a year, and off wifi for a year before that. I have an x570 Aorus Board with integrated 2.4ghz wifi, but I’ve never had this problem before. I went to settings… and ethernet was all there was. Wifi was literally nowhere to be found even when searched for. I did a full driver reset/reinstall, tried control panel, device manager, bios (idk what I’m doing but I hoped I could find something there with the help of the manual) but it’s like the wireless module simply disappeared. Please, any suggestions or similar stories would help so much.
