Do I need to handle my corn?

My girl is very friendly and lets you know when she doesn’t like something by huffing and she does this when I pick her up.

I don’t really hold her unless I’m cleaning her enclosure or she’s in the way when I’m trying to clean up poo and it’s never been a problem, she tolerates being held but is very wiggly when I do which isn’t a problem since I’m holding her for like five seconds. I know snakes aren’t really the pets that like being touched which is why I’m not keen on holding her too often but my family thinks I need to do it more.
