Anxiety on Suboxone

For some reason out of nowhere, I’m getting anxiety attacks from taking suboxone. It helps a TON with cravings, but anytime I take 4mg+ I get anxiety attacks.

I used to take 12mg no problem, but those days are gone. Has this happened to anyone else? Why is this happening to me and what can I do to stop it?
