How do I rotate a 2D parametric into the third dimension?

Basically, I'm trying to simulate orbital inclination, so I want to rotate the Keplerian orbit about the x-axis for the inclination, represented by $i$, and then I want to rotate it about the z-axis for the argument of ascending node, represented by $\Omega$. How might I do this?
